Partial / Occupied home staging is a delicate balance requiring knowledge of buyer behaviour and interior design. We are strategic about what we keep on display and what we put away.

Storage solutions are available for the pieces that will not be staying in the property.

Sometimes it is hard to know where to start. Sometimes we just need someone to bounce ideas off. Sometimes we just need someone to do everything.

One-Off Consultation

This is for those who need help clarifying ideas and finding inspiration, but are confident in making most design decisions themselves.

Mood Board Design & Sourcing

This is for those who need help with the tougher aspects of an interior project from initial ideas through to concept development and the sourcing of furnishings.

Shopping Day

Shopping days are guided purchasing days where we arm ourselves with a list of everything needed to furnish the property. Typically 4-6 hours.

From $250 plus gst per hour  

Airbnb Properties

Maximising return on investment for holiday rentals.

Consultation Only

This includes a site visit where we will discuss the strategy, target audience, unique selling features of the property, aesthetics, colours, furniture suggestions and a space plan. typically 2-3 hours.

Consultation & Shopping List

Following on from a Full consultation, a shopping list is generated itemising furniture and soft furnishings for each room and space discussed. A checklist of other items to consider will also be provided.

From Approx $2500 plus gst for a standard 2 bedroom property

Design, Shop & Install

This is a full service design and installation package. A design plan for the property will be provided with a list of all items required with access to trade pricing. The TDC team will coordinate purchasing, delivery and installation for the property. 

From $9500 plus gst (excluding FF&E)
